I would definitely say this is a seizure. I have partial onset and complex

partial seizures and I feel like this sometimes. One example being: We can be

driving down a road I have been down a hundred times and sometimes I don't

recognize where we are at. I also feel like a stranger in my own home

sometimes! I know it is my house and I am supposed to be there but it feels

strange

and weird. Like my brain just doesn't want to grasp the thought! I am

definitely not a doctor though. In my opinion, any kind of seizure is one to be

worried about! Good luck!!!! Tammy in MS

Sometimes my dd will say " mom, I feel lost.... she said her eyes can

see but her brain can't see, and she forgets where she is " Do you

think that is a seizure? Doctors say her seizures are nothting to

worry about. Duh!!!

,

Does she remember what happens during these " seizure " moments? I don't

know much about seizures, but I know a few people who are epileptic

and they say that they can't remember what goes on during seizures.

Maybe if your DD remembers the episodes, they are not technically

seizures?

What she is describing reminds me of what Andy has said about being

mercury toxic, that he could ear the words that people were speaking

but he couldn't comprehend them. Like the brain can't properly

translate the visual or auditory input.

I'm sorry that I can't help more, hopefully others can add their

input. Poor thing, she is really expressing distress, I hope you find

more answers soon.

Best,

But she says she remembers these episodes. If they were seizures ...

would she remember what happened?
