Guest guest
The only 'real' natural vitamin D is from the sun. I think vitamin D3 is not synthetic, but rather is made from lanolin, the oil in sheeps' wool. D2 is probably synthetic. I would think that the vitamins A and D in fish liver oil, are the vitamins the fish made for themselves, tailored for fish, rather than people. Perhaps ditto that for D3 from lanolin. The most natural, and tailored just for us, is the sun. If there's a need for a lot, then it looks like D3. Mercola has an article that you have to pay for. Here's the blurb on it: The natural ones are D3, and they contain the same vitamin D your body makes .... vitamin D3 may, indeed, be one of the most important physical steps you can ... articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2006/10/26/beware-of-most--<WBR>pr escrivitamin-d-supplements.aspx - 77k epiousian = the expression of agape quite a bit more than enough **************Make your life easier with all your friends, email, and favorite sites in one place.
