Dark circles under the eyes is a common sign of phenol issues. If it is bright red, and especially if it appears only under ONE eye, that was too much vitamin C without carnitine here. Guest guest Posted December 5, 2008 Report Share Posted December 5, 2008 It is under both eyes and it is like a red color. It looks like blood showing through her skin in a way. Not sure how to describe it. She looks really pale. Perhaps because she is so pale, it shows up more. I wonder why she is so pale though. Lack of sleep perhaps.
