We are considering vit a protocol during xmas break - currently use

Nordic Naturals DHA strawberry soft gel 'balls' as standard sup, but

it appears several hundred would be required daily for two days to

reach the levels (200K IU)suggested by most reports.

What brand and quantities have others used? Do you give all at once or

spread into several doses throughout the day? Hoping not to cause

discomfort to my little guy (12 yr)

saw Dana's page and a few other sites - good info. Trying to gather

all the info possible before jumping in. All info appreciated.

Thanks,

Rick

It is not recommended to use anything that also contains vitamin D,

like CLO or anything else, because that would be too much vitamin D.

Using something with vitamin A palmitate is usually recommended. You

can buy liquid drops, which tends to be easier.

Best as one dose of 400,000 IU in the morning, each morning for 2

days. You can give 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 at lunch also. Do not

spread it out more than that.
