Guest guest
Are you dairy free? My favorite starter is the milk/flour version, for the " end result. " Didn't like the water/flour breads that much. Kneading enough & not ending up with it too dry, were my biggest hurdles - probably took a full 3-ish months, to get that " oh! this is how it goes " thing going on. I have two favorite sourdough starter/bread pages - can hunt those up, if you want...wishing you the best, elizabeth > > > > > > > > > > > > ----- Original Message ----- > > > > From: eli8591 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Do have any related tidbits such as this - this particular Irish > > > > tendency is not one that I have come across, and helps explain our > > > > problems with flax a tad more...aannnddd, do you have > references for > > > > this???
