Are you dairy free? My favorite starter is the milk/flour version,

for the " end result. " ;) Didn't like the water/flour breads that

much. Kneading enough & not ending up with it too dry, were my biggest

hurdles - probably took a full 3-ish months, to get that " oh! this is

how it goes " thing going on. I have two favorite sourdough

starter/bread pages - can hunt those up, if you want...wishing you the
