Guest guest
Stick with Andy. EDTA is now contraindicated for mercury toxic folks. S S Disodium EDTA Posted by: " staceed@... " staceed@... staceed@... Thu Mar 12, 2009 8:19 pm (PDT) Has anyone tried this chelator at a frequent low dose? My sons Doctor is recommending it after reviewing his urine porphyrins test which showed lead and mercury toxcicty. He is recommending 500mg divided into two doses for 3 days in the am and pm. I am uneasy about this because the half of this chelator according to what I've read is about an hour!?? Guest guest
Stick with the AC protocol. DMSA chelates lead as well. Have some patience. Sounds like you need a new doctor. Guest guest
Hi all, If NaEDTA isn't effective to chelate mercury, only lead, what is your opinion on the product called Detoxamin because many members from the other groups has been satisfied with it. It is CaEDTA chelator and the people who use Detoxamin saw significant improvement on their on spectrum child Pls. Advise if any of the member knew this product. Personally, we haven't used this because of expensive but might consider to use in the future. TIA Herry Purwanto [ ] Disodium EDTA Has anyone tried this chelator at a frequent low dose? Guest guest
Don't do it. Use the AC method. It is MUCH safer. TJ ________________________________ From: " herrydp@...
