Guest guest
I've never seen any guidelines, if they do exist Irene. I think it is very dependent on the individual. For my NT son who weighed 130 pounds back then, he needed only 250 mgs a day to make a difference. My 45 pound ASD son needs 625 mgs day. You can see the range is enormous. Guest guest
The right dose is how much works. Andy told me I could use as much as it took for my kids. For my, then 3 year old that was 1/4 cap of a 250mg cap of Allergy Research Adrenal cortex. For my 10 year old that was 3 caps a day. for me it was 2 caps a day. It's a matter of finding the dose the supports the adrenals in that person. The other thing to do is give him Celtic sea salt, however much he wants. Often times that is why the sodium is too low, the adrenals regulate sodium/potassium via aldosterone hormone. This is often messed up in adrenal fatigue and one is constantly thirsty and craving salt. The other things to help are B complex, cordyceps, rhodiola and licorice..if the adrenal cortex was not enough. The right dose is going to be the dose the eliminates the symptoms. If he's doing fine, leave it. If you see the symptoms return, then add some more around lunchtime or early afternoon. > > > > We just got hair test results back for our son, the last one was done > > 6 months ago, before chelation.
