Either B2 or yeast overgrowth, or both.

When I was giving my son approx 33mg B1 and 500-1000mcg of mB12, he

needed more than 100mg B2 to keep the lips from cracking. Try adding

a 100mg capsule of B2 when you take this multi, see if that helps.
