Have you considered Vitamin D?  There was a story by Dr. Mercola where he

promotes that 5000 iu's daily is what an adult needs to ward off the flu in

place of the flu shot and argues that the flu shot doesn't always keep you from

getting the flu anyway.

Here's his link:

Subject: [ ] mercury free influenza vaccine - for me-undergoing

chemo

Hi all,

I can't believe I'm actually considering this, but does anyone know the

safety of the " preservative " mercury free influenza vaccines? I am

undergoing chemo for breast cancer right now, so my white blood count

gets very low. This frightens me during flu season. I'm considering

getting this vaccine, but only if it is guaranteed to be mercury free.

Any input is appreciated!

Thanks!

The site www.novaccine.com has a list of all the U.S. approved

vaccines (in each disease category), and a list of the ingredients.

I have found a few mistakes, so if you're actually thinking of a

vaccine I recommend using this as a first stop, then going directly to

the company website and downloading the MOST CURRENT Package Insert.

Some are package inserts are also available

here

and

here

and here (Sanofi Pasteur only)

I am with

I believe that Vacines are of absolutly no value and are actually

detremental to health in a lot of cases. We are being lied to on a

grand scale. There is absolutly no proof that they even work. its a

money making business. period

All I know is that my grandson was doing wonderful until he had the

" preservative free " flu shot. He regressed within days and we are STILL not

back to where he was pre-shot 2 years later......None of us will ever get one of

them again! I am not sure that the regression was not worse than the original

" vaccines " for school.....I am a real slow learner it appears.................

the opportunity to choose between set alternatives. Freedom is, first of all,

the chance to formulate the available choices, to argue over them -- and then,

the opportunity to choose.
