For iodine info have a look at www.iodine4health.com

<http://www.iodine4health.com> - high thyroid can also be helped by

iodine - other minerals are important to have in balance too though -

for high thyroid I think it's copper, lithium and selenium that are

extra important - for low thyroid I think it's zinc, selenium and

molybdenum. Having said that my thyroid is low and my lithium is red low

on hair test and I have just started adding it cautiously - so far it

just feels balancing.

Could it be that he's just not used to how he feels all of a sudden? I

wonder if he felt calm inside and didn't know what to make of it? I am

anxiously (no pun intended) awaiting our ACE and hoping this will stop

the screaming. Keep me posted on how your son does.

Those symptoms meant yeast overgrowth here.

Lower the dose to see if that helps. We gave 1/8 capsule at that age.

So probably somewhere between 25-40mg once a day. It will also take

time for it to work. A few days maybe.

It should make anxiety better yes. Also giving Celtic sea salt is

good. Let them put it on food, judging the amount by taste..(what

tastes good to them)

If he's hyper thyroid no potassium iodide. If you suspect he's hyper t

you may need to have labs done to confirm that, but honestly all

they'd want to do is give him nasty drugs to slow down his thyroid and

that's useless. Treating his adrenals may help his thyroid anyway. But

as a precaution..avoid the iodine.

, that is so great! I can't wait for mine to get here! I would

think the ACE would really help with recovery and therapy if the child

is calm and more focused.

Glad to hear this is helping.
