Guest guest
Hello All, We are currently using BrainChild Nutritional's detox protocol which seem to give a great benefit. However, we do not believe that it is capable to remove mercury from the brain (doesn't cross blood-brain-barrier. We would like to combine it with Andy Cutler's ALA protocol. Do any of you experimented with such a combination? Regards, Vitaly
Guest guest
You have not seen anyone combining this because of the following reasons: It contain chlorella The basis of Andy's protocol is using the chelators correctly based upon weight and upon how long they last in the body. Taking other supplements that contain those chelators will mess this up. He does not recommend using chlorella because it moves mercury but does not bind it. I can vouch for that after having tried it. The BCN protocol contains that. So basically one should not use any supplements that contain chlorella, cilantro, or alpha lipoic acid. The ala is to be used on the protocol as part of chelation only. The other not to be used ever. If the supplements are just vitamins and minerals there is no harm in that. From looking at the kit it contains NDF, which should not be used. This is chlorella which moves mercury but does not bind it and will make you worse. There are many post on why not to use chlorella. My personal experience is that it's no joke. It made me sick, I had terrible mercury side effects and thought I was going to throw up. Also the kit contains something with glutathione in it. Andy does not recommend using glutathione but taking NAC instead if one is low in glutathione. (search old post for his reasoning) Someone else here was using Cell Food and found some contamination problem with, you'll have to search the posts on what and why. The other products I see no issue with. But honestly, you'd do better using the supplements Andy recommends, along with probiotics, liver support and antifungal measures. And you'd save a lot of money. Zeolites don't chelate anything but some find them useful for cleaning up the gut die off. The liver life is fine. So honestly, you can't really combine these two protocol and consider it safe. -- In , " vitlap7 " <vitaly@...> wrote: > > Hello All, > > We are currently using BrainChild Nutritional's detox protocol which > seem to give a great benefit.
