Guest guest
Dear Dr. : Re: /message/11791 My hats off to you on the successful execution of AIDS INDIA eForum which has been a superb source of information on AIDS related issues in India and in other countries. I have been engaged in HIV/AIDS related research among students in several universities in India since 1997 and have published a couple of papers in refereed journals as well as conducted a few seminars in Delhi at which I presented my research findings. I have found the dialogue, debates on policies and laws, posting of research findings, and the changing landscape in terms of the status of infection, especially among women and high risk groups,to name but a few, immensely helpful in informing my research. The information was enormous and updated which I could not have found in journals and published articles. You kept me on top with the most latest development in the field for which I cannot thank you enough and my research would not have been possible without your eForum. I am also impressed by the promptness with which you responded to my quarries, when and as I needed, an attribute that is not common among bureaucrats in India. You deserve a huge applaud for this invaluable service to professional and non-professionals and I wish you all the best. May the Almighty grant you energy, robust health so that you can continue this endeavour with even greater zeal and commitment. I look forward to the opportunity of meeting you in person. With kind regards, Dr. Sachdev, Ph.D. Professor Emeritus Memorial University of Newfoundland Canada e-mail: psachdev@...

Guest guest
Dear Forum, Re: /message/11791 Please allow me to join others in Congratulating 10th anniversary and the men behind the page Joe . Joe works tirelessly for 10 years with out a penny support from others/agency. No matter which part of the world he travels he has to wake up early in the morning (irrespective of different zone) to read, scrutinise and post the message for the world to see. This is not only a tiring job but also it involves money as in most west/european countries internet bills can be very high- $12 per hour !! Not an easy task but Joe did it in style and take us through a decade that today is most respect online discussion place. Salaam Joe, keep it up !!
