Job Description Position: Head- HIV /AIDS Location: NOIDA Reporting Relationship: This position reports to the CEO Key Responsibilities • Responsibilities will include overall management of HIV/AIDS division. • The incumbent will be responsible for developing new business in-country and internationally (esp. in South Asian countries) in HIV/ AIDS prevention, • Providing cross cutting support in research related to this field. • Providing leadership support to flagship programs like " Swagathi " , TSU- NACO units. • TRTesponsible for implementation of HIV prevention interventions and managing HLFPPT's projects for prevention, treatment of and care of HIV AIDS infected people. Desired Profile • Applicants must be Masters in Public Health/ Health Management or Phd. in healthcare/ social sciences with minimum 10 years experience of leading and managing HIV/AIDS program with a bent to development sector. • S/he must have strong leadership, team development and networking skills. • Experience of working with international donors & state government partners will be an added advantage. ______________________________________ Position: Head/National Manager-KM, Location: NOIDA Reporting Relationship: This position reports to the CEO Key Responsibilities • Responsible for Knowledge Management initiatives and activities across the programmes in the organisation. • Create an " International Center for Public Health Action and Social Marketing " which houses an international resource center • Build a repository of knowledge and information on community led action for public health development. • Conduct short and long term courses for building the Health Development Professionals • Undertaking community action and sustainable development programs for prevention of preventable diseases in India and abroad. • Develop curriculum and roll out training programmes for Health professionals in Public Health, Social Marketing and Programme Management. • Strengthen the computerized Library and Resource Centers at Noida and develop a Comprehensive Learning System for all HLFPPT team members. • Document and publish best practices work in the projects and develop documents/ processes and training programs from project experiences into a revenue generating aspect. • Technical support for all Research and M & E aspects. • Develop a comprehensive business plan for the Learning Center. • Explore partnerships with global institutions and investing organizations. Desired Profile • Post graduate from an Institute of repute with minimum10 years experience in Academic/Social sector. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Demonstrate the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time Terms of employment: The position will be on contract basis, extendable based on performance.
