Guest guest
I am thinking of adding biotin to my dd regimen. She is already taking the Nu Thera which has 100mcg's of biotin and 120 mg of magnesium. I was thinking of adding another 500mcg's of biotin, but I would rather not add anymore magnesium, since she has reacted to it in the past. Can I just add more biotin for now? and see how that goes? From what I understand....you can't stay on > the Diflucan forever, right?] It is hard on the liver, so I would not give it long term. Try something OTC. The only " rule " that I know of, is to give at least the same number of days " off " as " on " . However, if you gave her the ALA for one day, I think I would personally give at least 2 days " off " before starting again. Otherwise it becomes " every other day " , which I personally don't think is a good idea, altho it may be just fine. Dana

That would be fine. If you notice any magnesium deficiency symptoms [constipation, muscle cramps, etc], then you can try increasing the magnesium a little.
