Free-Mealers GF/CF Support Group will have their next meeting Tuesday,

October 28, 7PM-9PM. This meeting will include a cooking demonstration:

Learn how one easy recipe can yield these:

Sandwich bread

Easy lunchbox sandwiches

Hamburger rolls

French bread

Foccacia bread

Pizza crust

Italian dipping bread

The versatile recipe demonstrated will be gluten-, casein-, soy- and

egg-free. (A recipe with eggs will be provided.)

The twice-monthly meetings are held at:

St. ’ Episcopal Church

Mt. Airy, MD 21771

2nd Tuesdays: 10AM-12PM

4th Tuesdays: 7PM-9PM
