until the herpes and warts virus were gone.

I did chelation first, then anti-virals. If I had to do it again, I

would have not waited so long to start the anti-virals.

In my opinion/experience, I would continue both, so long as I was able

to keep the yeast under control. Both chelation and anti-virals

caused a LOT of yeast, so that might be a concern.

If I was unable to do both, because of yeast or other issues, then I

would do most of the anti-viral first, since you have already started

it. Stopping it would just allow the viruses to " take over " again.
