Guest guest
Depends. Any form is fine - and there are many many different preferences. At my house, most of my kids start refusing the oxide form after a couple days, so mostly try to find any other form & use that, which has worked for us...or just slide by on epsom salt baths for awhile Should be able to find more ideas & information at these: In the files section here at the a-m group, look for this file... Supplement file.htm Supplement information and resources by mysuperteach and here - you can also get to this page by going to files sections & clicking on one of the links that Moria has set up... http://home.earthlink.net/~moriam/ANDY_INDEX.html#supplements wishing you the best, elizabeth > > Want to add magnesium ....just check out kirkman lab. > > There are many formulas...calcium/magnesium, magnesium citrate, > buffered magnesium oxide, buffered magnesium clycinate. > > What is everyone using? >
Guest guest
They say to avoid magnesium oxide as this form is poorly absorbed. The other forms are individualistic to how people react to them. We used a product by BioGenesis called " TriMag " which has equal parts of mag glycinate/citrate/malate. [ ] what kind of magnesium to use?? Want to add magnesium ....just check out kirkman lab. There are many formulas...calcium/magnesium, magnesium citrate, buffered magnesium oxide, buffered magnesium clycinate. What is everyone using? Guest guest
Magnesium Citrate is the most bioavailable form. Equally good is soaking in Magnesium sulphate (epsom salts). We use the Magnesium Citrate powder from Kirkman. - > > Want to add magnesium ....just check out kirkman lab. > > There are many formulas...calcium/magnesium, magnesium citrate, > buffered magnesium oxide, buffered magnesium clycinate. > > What is everyone using? >
Guest guest
We use chelated magnesium. They say chelated minerals are absorbed by the body really well. Guest guest
citrate or glycinate are more absorbable. Oxide less so. We use the citrate here, but I have used the glycinate they sell also. > > Want to add magnesium ....just check out kirkman lab. > > There are many formulas...calcium/magnesium, magnesium citrate, > buffered magnesium oxide, buffered magnesium clycinate. > > What is everyone using? >
Guest guest
Best is magnesium glycinate (max absorbibility and easy on stomach) On Mon, Dec 8, 2008 at 3:03 PM, tastitales <tastitales@...> wrote: > Want to add magnesium ....just check out kirkman lab. > > There are many formulas...calcium/magnesium, magnesium citrate, > buffered magnesium oxide, buffered magnesium clycinate. > > What is everyone using? > > > -- Arun Sood
Guest guest
The magnesium content of magnesium citrate corresponds to about 11%.
