Guest guest
My daughter gets these when we go off of her cal/mag supplement. They will keep her up all night. They are in her calves. But if she has had many days off from school and has been in the house without her shoes on...she will get a cramp in her tibia. This is because she is flat footed and her ankles turn in, stressing her tibia muscle...then we use a ice pack.
