Guest guest
second thought - this older boy of mine, there were years where he did not tolerate potassium foods/supps, and also had these types of issues & pain. This was very frustrating for me, since potassium foods were what I gave kids for muscle cramps " go eat a banana, then have some potatoes with supper, okay? okay! " ...after getting him loaded with some magnesium (about a year ago??), he started eating bananas, alot of them for a while along with such related foods...soooo, I can say with relative assurance that my older son needed magnesium before he could tolerate potassium wishing you the best, elizabeth > > > > Hi All, > > My son has started complaining of leg pain/cramps. At my house, deficiencies of certain minerals [primarily magnesium and potassium] and B vitamins [primarily B2] caused this. Dana
