second thought - this older boy of mine, there were years where he did

not tolerate potassium foods/supps, and also had these types of issues

& pain. This was very frustrating for me, since potassium foods were

what I gave kids for muscle cramps " go eat a banana, then have some

potatoes with supper, okay? okay! " ...after getting him loaded with

some magnesium (about a year ago??), he started eating bananas, alot

of them for a while ;) along with such related foods...soooo, I can

say with relative assurance that my older son needed magnesium before

he could tolerate potassium :) wishing you the best, elizabeth

Subject: [ ] leg pain/cramps

Hi All,

My son has started complaining of leg pain/cramps. He is also seeking

pressure to his joints and wants to put pillows on his legs. Could this

be a reaction to something or could he be lacking in something, or

could it just be growing pains?

His current sups are:

probiotics,EFA,Nu thera,Vit c, multi,amino acid blend,and digestive

enzymes.

Any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

At my house, deficiencies of certain minerals [primarily magnesium and

potassium] and B vitamins [primarily B2] caused this.
