Subject: [ ] multi-vitamin without A and D?

Hi everyone,

After reading the Weston Price info, I think I'm going to try giving

fish oil that supplies 5000 IU vitamin A and 500 IU vitamin D to my

kids. My question is: does anyone know a good multi-vitamin that

excludes vitamins A and D? I would prefer one that also has minerals,

but if not thats okay.

thanks! --Kellie.

If you find some, let me know! I have a feeling I won't find anything like

that, so I might be supplementing individual vitamins and minerals. At least

they make a B-complex! And I'm sure there are mixed minerals supplements

too. I just haven't checked yet as I'm still waiting for my multi to run

out.
