Guest guest
I know we are all awaiting answers from Brainchild and Lumina on the issue of lead and radioactive containing colloidal minerals in the Cell Food product. I took a supplement called Multiple Complete with colloidal minerals, many sharing those scary ones listed in Cell Food. Others have posted about Concentrace (?) or something like that also with things like thallium etc. I started doing a lot of reading on line. To some degree Andy is right the internet is like God's gift to gossip. What to believe? I was under the impression Cell Food had GRAS status, I think I was mistaken about this after further reading. I do not think any colloidal mineral containing product has FDA GRAS status. From what I have read it seems that these may be in fact banned in the future. There is no logical reason to ingest minerals that are on the toxic elements list it appears and no healthy amount regardless of how " trace " . They claim to be subminiature in size nano particles or something like that. Whatever that means. From what I have read, many feel that these colloidals are not very scientific as Andy said, and are in fact not readily ingested or absorbed or something. Again, I have no science background, so the mumbo jumbo gets lost on me. I have a bit of OCD, and can't stop obsessing over this whole thing. I feel in my gut, regardless of what Lumina may say through Terri at BCN, that these elements cannot be good, and that they might in fact be present in the New Zealand soil they are using. After all, despite the many pristine areas of this country it appears, that they have used plenty of nuclear power in the past. So it is conceivable that the soil they are using could have nuclear contamination. I keep telling myself, absolve yourself, what's done is done. Also, we are chelating my son now with DMSA, so whatever extra toxic crap went in, will come out with the vaccine stuff, I guess. I was conceivably pumping lead containing crap in him between chelation rounds, what a lovely thought? However, what about for myself and others who took this stuff, who are not chelating, is cancer in our future? Should we do hair tests and check to see if we have given ourselves an extra toxic load? How could the FDA allow this stuff in the country from any manufacturer or source if there is potentially radioactive containing stuff in it, and is being widely disseminated and consumed by people across the country under the guise of helping bolster their health? Even if it does not have GRAS status, shouldn't it be banned for use even as a supplement or for sale? I appeal to Andy, and to all you scientists out there in the group, what type of harm can conceivably come from ingesting this stuff over a period of 3 or 4 months in minute amounts on a daily basis? Am I obsessing overly about all of this? Is the potential damage far less than what I am imagining? Or if the stuff was in there in truly harmful amounts, would we all be dead already from using it for months? Is Andy soft pedaling the whole thing, by saying that he does not really think they are using nuclear waste in this product? Although, from what I can see, Andy is not known for holding back his true opinion. I apologize for the length of this, but can you scientists out there in the group set my mind at ease? I am going crazy thinking about this. Thanks. Irene
