I know UP has a great potential in terms of taking the message to the grassroot

level that too to the masses. In Phase -I UP set the tone for whole country to

organise Mass Functions and reaching to the last man with the RRE campaign.

After visiting 18 states I personally had the ocassion to meet many District

Collectors in our country who have called a meeting of all the departments in

the district to make RRE a sucess.

RRE is therefore have sucessfully played a main role of Mainstreaming the issue

of HIV/AIDs and making a buzz across the country in various ways. Specially the

Governtment officers, women, rural masses and students have started discussing

the issue among their peers.
