I'm sure you'll get tons of responses.

Here's my two cents.

In the future get everyone on Vitamin D, or D3. Allergy research group. Will

prevent all future colds.

Also when you first feel yuk coming on I always have on hand, www.livonlabs.com

Vitman C packets, in nanospheres. Liquid Gold I call it. Can nip anything in the

bud by giving this every few hours.

Lysine kills viruses. Some people do Olive Leaf Extract. Or oregano oil.

Cut back all sugar, way back. If you were doing none, cut that out too! Just

kidding.

Be well.

Prevention is what I always rely on. Never get sick. Well besides the mercury,

mold, etc. Never sinus flu crap anymore.

WE do D every day.

I did the high dose protocol, 50,000 IU every day for 3 months. Checked levels

and now do 2-3000 a day, everyday. : )

Hi everyone I was really hoping that someone would be able to point me

in the right direction re something I could take to help me keep going!

I don't want to take over the counter meds as am in the early stages of

pregnancy and am wary of meds but am feverish and feel terrible and of

course the kids esp my asd kiddo are full of energy so any help v

gratefully received thanks for reading emx
