Guest guest
Hi, Took my 3 yr old to Dan doc on Tues and the venipuncture was $15, the Vitamin D, 1, 25, Hydroxy was $160, the Vitamin A was $49 and the venipuncture was $15. This hurt my son really bad and it was painful to watch him. However, they immediately shot the MB12 shot in his butt and he didn't even notice that shot. Hope this helps. My son did not fast. Guest guest
, I apologize for jumping into the middle of this. What do you expect to learn from the vitamin A and vitamin D tests? Guest guest
Hi Jim, My hubby's name is also Jim, so I feel like I know you already. I read the biological basis for perceptual deficits in Autism by Dr. Megson and she talks about the importance of Vitamin A & D which can be found in CLO and fish oils. This will improve rod functions and the sideways glance (which my aon does) will disappear and why my child does not make eye contact. What I expect to learn from the test is that he is deficient and then we will supplement with a Vitamin A & D protocol. Just FYI, my son required much more than vitamin A before his visual stims were gone. So if you don't find complete elimination with vitamin A, there are many other things to consider.
