I have to ask you that is it appropriate or right for a Counsellor to take sign

from PLHA''s to prove that she is doing good work.

When the ART Counsellor came to know about enquiry from NACO & MASACS the

Counsellor is pressurizing the PLHA's to write and sign that her wormk very

good.

PLHA'S are get pressurized because they have to come every month for medicine.

Will such forced letters prove the quality of her work?
