Guest guest
On another note--there is now some strong evidence that the herpes simplex virus travels to the brain, contributing to the build-up of plaque that is prevalent in Alzheimers--and that people who have chronic cold sores (herpes simplex 1) are at significant risk of later exhibiting Alzheimers. The whole inflammatory-lousy immune system connection. All the more reasons to think about the research Boyd Haley has stated is going on at U of Kentucky, I believe, that shows improvement of Alzheimers with chelation. So...I'm loading up on lysine and Lauricidin for the rest of my days. My father had Alzheimers--and I recall him with chronic cold sores. And that's my legacy as well. However, my son's herpes virus was eliminated with lysine, and it also prevented new herpes virus from just going back into his brain. Lysine deficiency was one of the things that caused my son's immune system dysfunction. So I would definitely recommend you give lysine at some point. The viral die off from lysine caused a LOT of yeast overgrowth, which I controlled with biotin and GSE. So watch for yeast.
