We started my 35-lb son on Round 2 of DMSA 5 mg and ALA 3.5 mg

yesterday (Friday) -- every 3 hours and with all supplements

recommended by AC. Shortly after he received the second dose, he

started pacing. It is not constant, but it is not normal for him.

Pacing is a behavior he only ever did when we administered a trial of

mb12 in the past. Once we stopped the 4-week trial of mb12, the

pacing stopped.

He did *not* pace at all on Round 1 (DMSA 4.2 mg and ALA 2.5 mg).

Dana, I see in a past post that you said pacing can be due to mineral

deficiency. If so, do you know which particular mineral deficiency

could cause pacing? He receives DRN multi and we also supplement

extra moly, extra zinc, extra cal/mag, among other things.

Also, could this just be yeast? Because he is currently on 125 mg

Lamisil for nail fungus, I stopped his natural antifungals, which he

normally takes. During Round 1, he was not on Lamisil, but I was

giving him the natural antifungals.

Any help or insight is greatly appreciated.

For my #1, this meant improper zinc/coper ratio and yeast overgrowth.

B12 tends to increase yeast. Try increasing the yeast protocol,

especially since you noticed it while chelating.

For my #1, zinc/copper.

That is most likely.
