Guest guest
My son's IgG test reported that he is badly allergic to wheat and corn, rice ( suprised!suprised!) and white potatoes ( my God...)... My son was on GFDF since he was 3, for all these years, we fed him rice, rice, potatoes, rice, and more rice, however we just learned that he is even allergic to rice and potatoes. So the very few choices of starch food lead to Quinoa and red potatoes. I have never heard of Quinoa, and just went to Wild Oats, bought couple of boxes of Quinoa, but have no clues how to cook it and make it tasty... Need recipes here badly.
