Seeking information on genesis of NACO

Dear forum members,

I am doctoral student working on HIV and media at the Central University of

Hyderabad, India.

I am looking for the below mentioned information for my Doctoral work. I would

be glad if any of the forum members would help me getting that information.

1. Please help me in finding any of the founding members of the National  AIDS

Control Organisation ( or the NACP in its earlier days), who would be able give

me an insight into the genesis of the NACO and the ideals behind setting it up

and would also help me in holisitically understand it.

2. I am trying to access IEC related policies and documents, that were taken up

by the NACO in its earier years.

I would be greatful to the forum if it can help me out.
