Guest guest
I think to get it without all that crap in it you have to get it from a compounding pharmacy and its $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. I just get the tablets, wash off the orange/brown coating, crush it and sneak it in with something else. I believe the doc who writes the rx has to specify no dye, no sugar, etc. or else you just get the regular stuff, not the compounded. So sorry you are having to deal with the fallout. _____ **************It's only a deal if it's where you want to go. Find your travel deal here. Guest guest
I think people get specially compounded nystatin without the garbage in it. I know Hopewell Pharmacy in NJ does that. We had to get my son's flagyl that way.Sorry to hear that happened, Alison M --------- [ ] I'm mad - Nystatin prescription > > > > > > > > > My son has been screaming (high pitched - over everything) ever > > since > > > I gave him the Nystatin with crap in it. Guest guest
i was asking primarily because, we just started our son on Nystatin about a week ago. We got the RX, from Hopewell in NJ, which is a compounding pharmacy. It was about $70.00. Just to be sure, i've put in the question to my DAN, asking what's in the compounded form. As soon as she replies, i can relay the response.
