Dear members of DNP+,

Our condolences to the family members, friends, colleagues and members of DNP+.

The death of Mike Tongsing is a great loss to all of us. The personal

interaction with him gave an understanding of his deep passion for the people

living with HIV and his ambitious energy to work earnestly to bring

transformation.

Let his spirit encourage all of us work diligently for change.

May his soul rest in peace,
