My thank to Dr. Damodar Bachani, Deputy Director General, NACO for the

initiative to issue the smart card for over 3.22lakhs PLHAs who are on ART

within the span of three months.

This initiative will help PLHAs to improve their Adherence specially for those

who are migrants. Whenever they migrated to other place they will not fall prey

to the quacks because they will be able to take ARV anywhere in India by swiping

the smart card at any any NACO run centers in India.
