So I wonder what this means and if it is typical. ====>It's typical for some kids to be better " on " rounds and some better " off " . He started out very clam on the ALA, but now it makes him more stimmy and agressive, possibly less attention, but not sure coud be food/yeast related. ===>This might be yeast related, increase your yeast protocol. Try emulsified Oil of Oregano and/or grapefruit seed extract while on rounds. Some kids have less yeast with high dose biotin, 5-10 mgs per meal. It seems like his body burden my have been easied and perhaps we still have a way to go detoxing his brain? I give the ALA every 3 hours night and day, from wed thurs frid off sat sun mon tues. Seem to be working out. ===>It takes many, many rounds for kids to recover, 100-300, on average, thats 2 to 6 years. It's a long time, but worth it. The normal course of chelation is to get improvements for a month or two, then experience a stall, where nothing much seems to be happening, or a slight worsening for 9 months or so, but it's important to keep going until you get to more improvements. He has also been asking to " get down " And is much better at doing what is asked of him. ===>This is how you know you are on the right track. We are definatly going to remain dairy free, how ever I am hoping to return to GLuten foods. ===>Some kids have been able to eat gluten with enzymes, careful with high carbohydrate foods as they feed yeast. Cheers thanks , Mum to Josh and Missy

Guest guest
Hi Thanks so much for your replies, I have some enzymes so will try that. As for stimms, he's got this high pitched hum. hes very good if i ask him nicely to be quiet, its painful on the ears. he also fidgets. Taps things, cant sit still. Constantly on the go. Head banging is lessenen but he now makes a fist and hits things. > > We are into round 7 I think and Josh is better on his off days than > > on the round now. Most of those meant yeast overgrowth here. Dana
