Guest guest
I used to rub one drop of GSE on my baby's foot and I could tell it worked because on a few occasions, it stopped pink eye that was in progress. I would also open a Candex capsule and put it in her puree and she ate that without any complaints. (I started low & increased from there.) I would try probiotics and/or biotin first. If you want to try GSE, give only one drop to start, and give it in the morning with food. Guest guest
Thanks Dana! He actually is on the highest dose of probiotic that is allowed for his age/weight. We use the lactic-free from CustomProbiotics. He is getting 25 billion CFU's a day. He is also on biotin . We just started that. I am putting a tiny sprinkle in his babyfood to start. He has had the red ring around his anus since birth and we have not beenable to get rid of it. I will try the GSE. Thanks again > > > > Does anyone know how much GSE I can start him out on? Guest guest
The red ring was due to food allergies/intolerance for my son. He was exclusively breastfed for the first 6 mths, and after I went on an elimination diet the red ring and all sorts of other issues went away. It could also be that his stool is acidic. My son is starting to get the red ring again because I've been giving him vitamin C in ascorbic acid form which is acidic. I'll be switching to buffered form soon. Guest guest
, Thanks for the info. He was only breastfed too until he started eating solids. We had him tested for IgG 197 foods when he was 6 months and it came back as only a sensitivity to fennel and vanilla. Hopefully when he is done nursing for good and eating only regular food it will go away. > > > Thanks Dana! He actually is on the highest dose of probiotic that is > > allowed for his age/weight.
