No aluminum of any kind. I stay away from that and those new silicone thingys. I bake and cook in mostly glass and nickel free stainless. We store all food in glass, mason jars mainly. We never heat food in plastic or non glass cookware. Like leftovers are removed from the pans and put into glass to be stored..
