Guest guest
I only use corning ware. Can usually find lots of it at thrift shops. I always grab glassware. All I cook with. Have to get use to the way it cooks. But is soo worth it IMHO. Way better. Alison F. 10a. Re: Which brand for stainless steel cookware? Posted by: " Amy W. Guest guest
You can also get camping cookware relatively cheaply and that is enamel wear. No aluminum of any kind. I stay away from that and those new silicone thingys. I bake and cook in mostly glass and nickel free stainless. We store all food in glass, mason jars mainly. We never heat food in plastic or non glass cookware. Like leftovers are removed from the pans and put into glass to be stored. Anchor Hocking makes relatively inexpensive glassware for storing, baking in. If the stainless doesn't say 18/0 or nickel free, don't buy it. > > > I meant to say its bad.
