Guest guest
My child had major behavior issues, most of them were alleviated with food elimination. He had problems with soy, other legumes (beans), casein, gluten, MSG, and all artificial colors. Dairy made my son especially aggressive and I have heard Threelac may contain a bit of milk, so that is possibly the problem. We have had more success with Amla (I first purchased the Paradise Herbs brand, then a bulk organic powder) than any probiotic or yeast fighter. In a study, Amla worked as well as Nystatin for controlling yeast. > > Hi all, > > I am new to this group. My son was diagnosed with autism about 7 > months ago. Guest guest
Super Organic Foods. https://www.superorganicfoods.com/product_info.php?products_id=147 Right now I am just giving Amla, digestive enzymes (Serenaid), and NOW cal-mag-D powder. I use NOW vegetarian capsules. I give the kids one 3/4 filled pill with Amla powder and one 3/4 filled pill with Cal-Mag-D powder every morning with breakfast. I don't use the digestive enzymes with every meal, just with the ones where I am rotating things he is semi-sensitive to or when we are eating out. > > > > > > Hi all, > > > > > > I am new to this group. Guest guest
Hi, Dominique. I searched high and low for " safe " stainless steel cookware with no nickel, and I came across this awesome deal: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001ECQKSY?ie=UTF8 & tag=ktna-20 & linkCode=xm2 & cre\ ativeASIN=B001ECQKSY or try this link: *http://tinyurl.com/7oexsn* <http://tinyurl.com/7oexsn> The best price at local retails stores was $120. And they're offering $20 off Farberware products right now. They shipped mine the same day! Oh, I'm not planning on using the bonus griddle because it's non-stick. Threelac contains a small amount of milk. It also contains a strep strain, so if your child tends toward strep and/or PANDAS, it can cause problems. Guest guest
How is the Amla given...how much do you give...how often...we are having unbelievable issues with yeast...even with nystatin... For us, the reason we couldn't do three-lac was because it is has strep strains in it and my kids are strep sensitive. Anyone who is sensitive to strep or PANDAs shouldn't use three-lac or should be very very careful. Ronni > > My child had major behavior issues, most of them were alleviated with > food elimination. Guest guest
> > Where are you getting Threelac has strep? Please e-mail me also at bill.luce@... or I may miss your post--I called the company and they told me no. Threelac contains enterococcus faecalis, which is a " good strep " strain of bacteria. For kids who tend toward " bad strep " issues, even the good strep stains tend to flare the bad strep symptoms. So if your child is a strep/PANDAS child, it would be best to avoid Threelac and other probiotics with strep strains. Dana
Guest guest
I had a son who responded terribly and three lac was the only thing given...so I started looking up the ingredients...you can do the same...and you can see what the strains are....you have to look up each strain to find the answers... For my part....just because a company tells me something is so....I don't always believe em...had too many things happen to show me that they aren't always truthful.
