Constantly grinding teeth

Tooth grinding here was one of the puzzle pieces for mitochondrial

dysfunction. Our daughter had done that for as long as I could

remember, even when I was breastfeeding, ouch. We added a mito cocktail

and she hasn't been grinding her teeth anymore. Dana has a page about

the mito cocktail at http://danasview.net

Quick list of supplements we included in ours, several times a day at

USRDA. Our daughter was 13 when we started, wish I had known what it

was at 2.5.

Selenium as selenimethionine

Taurine

l-Carnatine

CoQ10

Vit C

Zinc

Vit E

B50

We also added enzymes and probiotics, before we knew it was mito dys.

They helped with the fat processing, as did using raw milk. That was

another symptom. We didn't start all the supplements at once. We

started one at a time, giving about 4 days on the new one before adding

another. That way we could watch for any reactions.

Some of the other symptoms we put together which have also been relieved

were excessive ear wax, acne (of course when she got older), stomach

aches, head aches. I didn't connect the dots for the symptoms until I

got on this message board. Since we've been chelating, the symptoms

have also reduced, and we've been able to drop off some supplements,

switch to algae pills, and even miss more than 24 hours of supplements

before any recurrence of symptoms.

Our natural doc told us once that teeth grinding is caused by

parasites. I wish I knew more. Laurie
