No whey!

These posts are confusing as they appear at first glance that I wrote the part

about whey. I'm a GFCF vegan so I wouldn't use or recommend the stuff

personally. I have not idea if they have anything to do with glutathione.

>I have read that undenatured whey can be a good precursor for

glutathione, however it is dairy and I believe the FDA has

recommended it which is a bit worrying.

I wonder if anyone has any experience or knowledge of this?

But it's definitely not vegan, so not for me.

i read stuff about whey significantly increasing glut.

immunocal has study showing > 20% increase

i believe the process for making whey removes the dairy part

so i may be wrong but i believe it is gfcf compatible

I don't know whether or not whey affects glut, but when I gave my son

whey protein powder, he definitely improved.

Milk has two proteins, casein and whey. I used Jay Robb protein

powder, which is cf. So if you are avoiding *all* milk, you would not

want to use whey. But if you were only cf [avoiding casein], you can

use whey.
