Guest guest
These posts are confusing as they appear at first glance that I wrote the part about whey. I'm a GFCF vegan so I wouldn't use or recommend the stuff personally. I have not idea if they have anything to do with glutathione. I wonder if anyone has any experience or knowledge of this? I used Jay Robb protein powder, which is cf. So if you are avoiding *all* milk, you would not want to use whey. But if you were only cf [avoiding casein], you can use whey.
