With everything that he has been through I didn't even realize he didn't have the sense of smell. Guest guest Posted December 20, 2008 Report Share Posted December 20, 2008 We gave our son 5x the rda of zinc. The pfeiffers call it zinc loading. We did this for at least four months. I just gave him zinc by muscle testing rather than rda. It helped him greatly, and was something that preceeded his miraculous gains by a month or two. Our daughter has an autoimmune disease and cannot take zinc. We used new beginnings and dosed it 4/5 caps a day for a 150 lb boy. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
