Re: Stomach aches with ALA?

You know what I think it is? I think he's experiencing redistribution

before it's time for another dose. In fact, come to think of it, he

has started headbanging a bit too. Could it be that he is metabolizing

the ALA even faster than previously? We are already at 2 1/2 hours

apart! Anyone else have this happen?

Hi

ALA is an acid, perhaps he needs something to eat to neutralise the

acid feeling in the gut.

Since it appears related to the ALA, I would first consider increasing

the yeast protocol or the minerals. Or, the ALA itself might be

causing problems.

At my house, headbanging was usually associated with yeast overgrowth.
