With reference to File No. 19 (40)/DSACS/AD (N)/08/DIC-Main the Delhi State Aids Control Society (DSACS) has sent letter signed by Dr A.K. Gupta (Addl Project Director) to The Nodal Officer / The Project Coordinator of all ART Centers, Community Care Centers, Drop In Centers, PLHA Network and various NGOs to inform all the members of their respective organizations, that as per approval in State AIDS Council meeting

DSACS is liasioning with Ministry of Food and civil supplies for provision of BPL card to the PLHAs who are registered in ART Centre in Delhi. For the same purpose you are requested to refer all the PLHAs who are registered with your Network or availing services from your Centre to DSACS with the following information and its proof for registration.

Name of Head of the family

Age/ Sex

Address with Contact number

Number of dependent family members

Employment

Monthly income

Registered at which ARTC

ART Registration number

Number of HIV + in the family

The registration will start by 17th May 2010 till 27th May 2010 from 11am to 4pm.
