Guest guest
For some reason there seems to be a 'debate' forming in my inbox and onsite on the Change.org idea for the Autism Reform Act of 2009 - http://www.change.org/ideas/view/accept_and_sign_the_autism_reform_act_of_2009. This is in regards to Chelation... What other commonly used or homeopathic ways of deleting the metals that run so high in our kids ? I would greatly appreciate any input either back here on the group or directly to my email addy. There are a number of opponents to Chelation that I would like to give 'alternatives' to and to offset some of the 'attacks' I know are coming from the anti-Christ movement on the 'science' idea (which would emiminate any teaching of Creationism and only look at Evolution). I'm being challenged to offer scientific data regarding Chelation - so if you have any please let me know. Thank you very much, E. , Sr.
Guest guest
Alpha lipoic acid is natural, an wonderful antioxidant that just happens to remove metals. So for the skeptics who don't beleive in science or medicine or whatever...they can use that. I have heard of some using homeopathy to lower metals. So some using that could provide insight on how that is working and if their kids get better with it. I am not sure if they are as effective, or if anyone who is using homoepathy could produce a non toxic hair test following treatment, but I have heard it helps some kids. (doesn't mean I recommend it, but just what I read here on the group) I have heard of others using natural detoxification for the body. I had tried chlorella with terrible results and don't recommend it, most of my research and talking with those who have tried natural detox has led me to beleive it might not be the cure for me or my kids, but some report good things. I think this depends on the degree of poisoning and the condition of the persons body. Those with impaired detox might not fare as well. I think Dr. Mercola's site has some stuff on natural detox that you could present to them. The FDA has scientific data of dmsa chelation for children as it is approved by them for removing Lead in kids. I can't remember all the sites, but I had read many studies on the efficiency of dmsa in removing lead in children. In my experiences, some times you can't help some people no matter what evidence you give them. They are too close minded to open their mind to something that might cure their child. Hopefully they will listen to you. You may find it better to hang around a group of people who want their children to get better. I admire you for trying, and I hope it helps someone. Just don't get to upset if they won't listen. I have left many groups for this reasons, because the people were doing things that were dangerous or would never get them better, and refused to listen to sound reason. > > For some reason there seems to be a 'debate' forming in my inbox and > onsite on the Change.org idea for the Autism Reform Act of 2009 - > http://www.change.org/ideas/view/accept_and_sign_the_autism_reform_act_of_2009. > This is in regards to Chelation...
