Guest guest Posted December 21, 2008 Report Share Posted December 21, 2008 My son is 4 yrs old, he's been on Diflucan for 3 months now as well as supplements and a GF/CF diet. We've started to see really nice gains from this. He's more calm, sleeps!, really happy all the time, concentrates more etc...He was prescribed at our last visit to our DAN doctor Valtrex at 1000mg 3 times a day. Were on day 11 and he's starting to regress. He won't sleep - he's sleeping approx 4 hrs a night, won't nap, hyper beyond all day, very pale, ezcema rashes all over his body, self spinning, self hurting himself, no concentration just throws his toys around, very angry etc...I don't see Valtrex as a gain here, is it possible he doesn't need it?
