Both chelation and lysine/anti-virals tend to increase yeast. In fact, the yeast from lysine was much worse than the yeast from ALA, at my house. I don't know of any reason that would prohibit you from trying both at the same time, except perhaps yeast overgrowth that you may not be able to control.
