Has anyone had a child stop using one hand?

My son stopped using his right hand one day about a month ago for maybe

just like an hour but his father and I noticed it. Today he is doing

it again and we have tried everything we know to get his to use it and

he won't even take a cookie if we hold his other hand in tact a

second. We are just really concerned and wanted to know if anyone else

has experienced anything like this before.

Check for arthritis, even if they don't complain of pain or have no swelling.

My girl stopped using her leg. It was off and on then became more on than off

over a few day period. We went to Children's Hospital and they completed an MRI

umong many other fun bits. In the end there was no answer and she slowly began

to use it again. Still no answer as to what happened. Sorry no answers just

letting you know what happened with us.
