Thanks for telling me this, because she already has a hard time with

blood sugar.

What kind of coconut oil and how do you use it? I assume I can put

it in shakes.

I have heard that it tends to solidify if you put it in a cold drink

but works fine in a warm drink. Coconut oil tends to become solid,

like lard or bacon fat, when it's cold. I buy Spectrum Organic

Coconut Oil at my local grocery store. I have also heard good things

about Tropical Traditions, which you can buy online.

I initially took it in pill form. I originally got mine at GNC, then

at The Vitamin Shoppe later on. Then I began buying the oil itself at

the grocery store. It was higher quality and about 1/6 the cost of the

pills.

There are some recipes on my website for how I cook with it these

days. I have also taken it by spoon, the way a lot of people might

take cod liver oil. I do that kind of thing a lot less often these days.

It sounds so confusing for me. My dd is more bi-polar. I wonder if

all this holds true for her too. She isn't taking any oils right now.

I had such a violent reaction from CLO in the past, that have put it

on the back burner for a bit.

Whose name is associated with the protocol doesn't matter.

Whether it follows the constraints of the laws of nature does matter.

Most protocols don't and can make your child horribly peramently worse. You

might want

to discuss what the details of the protocol are to avoid that risk.
