Guest guest
Does that mean the two days that I was giving the ALA were for naught? or did it do some good? Guest guest
No, its not for naught. It would have done some good, just not ideal. The main thing is you don't want to cause a concentration of heavy metals in organs, particularly the brain, that is the main reason it is better to stop, its not worth the risk to keep going. Better to start another round in 4 days or so. Guest guest
This happened to us a number of times (we've done over 100 rounds). IF you already dosed again after the missed dose was found, I would continue the round and extend the length of the round by another day or so. If the missed dose was the previous one and you haven't dosed since, then I would stop. With the first scenario above, I have done it both ways: stopping and continuing. My kids seemed much better off (based on behavior) when I continued. Of course, your child may react differently. > > I found one of her ALA pills under her pillow this morning. Guest guest
I am hoping to only have to do 100 rounds (haha only!). How is it going? Is the person/child you're chelating recovered or close? Just curious. 100 rounds is our goal here. Thanks > > > > I found one of her ALA pills under her pillow this morning. Guest guest
Thx for asking. It's going very well. There are 4 of us, mom and three kids (12,12, and 14) and we have been using Andy's protocol of low, frequent dosing for at least six years (we don't do lots of rounds like we did initially). We could be done, but I will likely chelate here and there until they go off to college. I am currently writing about our experience so it is difficult for me to elaborate here without going on and on and on. Feel free to email me privately though. > > > > > > I found one of her ALA pills under her pillow this morning. She must > > > have spit out one of the doses during the night.
