How the Indian society is treating HIV Affected woman?

Life of human being is encompassed with culture which regulates each and every

action of his/her life. That is why we analyse right or wrong.

Today(16th oct 2009), I am going through a national news paper which has

published a news regarding HIV affected woman as Twenty year old Laxmi is forced

to live on a road side along with her one year old daughter.

She was thrown out by her husband after she tested HIV+ a few days back.

Ironically, shweta's husband shekhar is also HIV+ but refuses to keep his wife

on the grounds that he can't bear the cost of her treatment.

The woman's misery does not end there, HER FATHER TOO, HAS REFUSED TO GIVE HER

SHELTER FEARING SOCIAL STIGMA. Now a big question is before us that why we are

human being when we act as animal
