Guest guest
Dear FORUM Members, We at NAM (aidsmap and HIV/AIDS Treatment in Practice) are planning an issue on lipoatrophy/lipodystrophy (changes in body fat)) and its management in resource poor settings. We would welcome the perspective and experience of people living with HIV with the issues. What has been the impact of body fat changes on your lives? How have individuals dealt with body fat changes? How has it been managed and how have physicians responded? Given the lack of research and evidence we believe it important to communicate this perspective to both physicians and policy makers. Many thanks in advance for your help. Much appreciated.
